Milk Tart Recipe - South African

Ingredients:

1 egg
1 tin condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 ½ tins milk
Mix ½ tin water and 3 very heaped Ts Corn flour

Method:

1. Combine
2. Pack tennis biscuits into a dish. (Can use Nice biscuits)
3. Put mixture in microwave for about 7 mins. Pour onto tennis biscuits. Sprinkle with cinnamon, put into fridge.
