Delivery and orders
- A signature is required on delivery, unless you provide instructions for a safe place to leave your goods. MyMarket.co.nz does not accept responsibility for goods that are not signed for.
- If we deliver an incorrect item, we will replace it without charging you for delivery, provided the item is unused and unopened.
- Please place separate orders for different delivery addresses.
Age-restricted products
Customers must be over 18 years old to buy alcohol or tobacco. Alcohol will be delivered only to the registered customer, who must provide proof of age, such as a birth certificate, driver licence or passport, and sign for the delivery. These items cannot be delivered to another recipient.
Product availability and substitutions
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, including during periods of high demand, we reserve the right to send a comparable food product without prior notice or approval and at no additional cost to you.
The replacement will be of equal or better quality and supplied in an equal or greater quantity than the item purchased. If no suitable replacement is available, we will refund the unavailable item. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
